Channel Lead / Account Manager

Your role
  • As the Channel Lead / Account Manager, you are responsible for the development of innovative sales and marketing strategies and concepts in the field of channel partnering  
  • You act as the owner of our partner channel accounts and you plan and oversee all account activities, from the development of new and existing relationships to the continuous process optimization and the flawless technical integration of eClear's products and solutions into eCommerce platforms via a team of dedicated experts
  • You are responsible to acquire and consult new channel partner agencies and successfully engage with senior stakeholders of potential new and existing partners to build trusted, long-term commercial relationship
  • You keep abreast with market developments, and you identify e-commerce trends and convert them into engaging sales and marketing activities
  • You develop new communication activities and plan and implement targeted multi-channel campaigns
  • You work closely with our business development, marketing and product development teams and you coordinate partner focused initiatives across relevant functions
  • You are a true team player, and you establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 
  • You independently prepare and conduct presentations at senior management level, as well as prepare offers and conduct contract negotiations in German and English
Your profile
  • You have a university degree, ideally with a focus on e-commerce, or alternatively you have completed a relevant commercial or technical apprenticeship and you have already gained relevant professional experience in this area
  • You enjoy chasing market opportunities and have a minimum of 5 years' experience from an e-Commerce background, preferably from an e-Commerce platform (e.g. shopify, shopware, eBay, Amazon etc.)
  • You have a basic understanding of ERP systems, online shop systems and business processes in the e-commerce environment
  • You have a passion for e-commerce, have a hands-on mentality and enjoy turning your ideas and concepts into tangible results
  • You are an excellent networker, and you enjoy building and extending effective networks to create new business opportunities
  • Your winning attitude enables you to effectively deliver presentations and sales / marketing stories  
  • You build and develop winning teams and you drive team performance
  • You are a real collaborative team player who likes to work towards common goals in a professional, fun and passionate spirit
  • You are fluent in both English and German
