Your role
  • You drive our growth in the enterprise sector, develop our business, and take responsibility for customer acquisition and business expansion
  • You define and implement a collaborative planning process to develop sales forecast/plans and a go-to-market strategy
  • Manage various prospecting channels to target and gain the interest of potential B2B & B2C targeted top tier accounts
  • Take part in trade shows and conferences for lead generation and enterprise sales
  • Implement acquisition processes from the first point of contact to planning and carrying out enterprise customer pitches, defining offers and contract negotiations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 
  • Be on top of it all and keep abreast of industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities, piloting and implementing emerging technologies for e-commerce
  • Regularly report your activities, progress, and successes to the senior management
  • Lead a diverse team of highly motivated and talented people
Your profile
  • You enjoy chasing market opportunities and have a minimum of 6 years experience (preferably in e-commerce) with B2B and/or B2C enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers of major competitors from various industries  
  • Your professional ambitions match our growth ambitions and you enjoy working in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • You have a proven track-record of closing deals with large enterprise clients within a SaaS and/or e-commerce environment following a consultative selling approach
  • Your exceptional communication, influencing and social skills are on point and you are able to adjust your communication style based on your stakehoders / clients
  • Your winning attitude enables you to effectively deliver presentations, C-level pitches, develop forecasts and sales stories  
  • You have strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret sales data and trends from a variety of sources  
  • You are a real collaborative team player who likes to work towards commong goals in a professional, fun and passionate spirit
  • You are fluent in both English and German
